OneTime Authentication (OneTime-Auth.com) provides services to companies to assist with identity verification and authentication. These services involve sending you messages via voice/phone call as well as text (SMS) in order to confirm your identity. Text (SMS) messages from the OneTime Authentication service may come from one of the following short codes depending on the authentication method being used, as follows:

By authorizing a company to send a message to your mobile phone, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. We may amend these terms and modify or cancel the OneTime Authentication service or any of its features without notice. Using this service is not a guarantee that you will receive messages from us, and neither OneTime Authentication nor your mobile carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide a valid phone number and agree that each time an identification code is requested we may send you a one-time text (SMS) or phone/voice message to you through your phone service provider.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
Messages from the OneTime Authentication service are one-time messages used to authenticate you in a financial transaction or other interaction. Unless your authentication is required by a company that uses our services in the future and you consent to receive a subsequent message, you will not receive further messages from our service.
Although OneTime Authentication (OneTime-Auth.com) does not charge you a fee for these messages, message and data rates from your phone service provider may apply if the message is not identified as free AND delivered by one of the following phone service providers:
FTEU: AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint (including Boost and Virgin Mobile) and Verizon Wireless
Standard Rate Messages: Associated Carrier Group (ACG), AT&T, Boost, ClearSky, Google Voice, Interop, Metro PCS, Peerless Network, T-Mobile Sprint, Truphone, Limited, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile.
Contact your mobile service provider for details on specific fees and charges that may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you received a text message from our service, you can text the word "HELP" to the originating short code (one of those listed above), email support@onetime-auth.com, call 800-809-0578, or visit www.onetime-auth.com. You may also text "STOP" to the originating short code to cancel. Message and data rates may apply.
